Returns

Thank you for shopping with Lily’s Bandanas. We really hope you love your purchase, however, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and are resaleable.

Before returning any item, please contact us first at hello@lilysbandanas.co.uk and we can advise on return delivery details.

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition and packaging, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Please include your name and order reference number in your return package

Once items are returned you will receive a refund to your original payment method. We aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt.

We do not exchange items. Please return the original item and place a new order for the product/size you require
